The Grove at Orange Park Mall
During planning for a significant renovation of WPG’s Orange Park Mall property in Florida, there was a consideration to include an amphitheater style performance space where live music and events could be hosted on-site. As part of the pitch materials for the renovation, I lead my team in developing a brand mark and identity system for the proposed space, including marketing materials and swag.
Freedom Fest
A signature WPG event that brings country music and food trucks to mall properties. The festival started at Mesa Mall and was expanded to seven other properties as it proved successful. In 2019 I lead a full rebrand of the program.
What’s For Döner rebrand
WPG was approached by a food hall tenant that had recently changed ownership and was looking to better leverage their location within Polaris Fashion Place. I lead a project pitch wherein we did a survey of their existing brand, as well as competitors in similar spaces and presented them with an entirely new identity for the concept, including a redesign of their physical space.
Live on the Legacy RMU Buildout
Ray Mancini Jr. (son of Ray “BOOM BOOM” Mancini) started a clothing company honoring his father’s legacy. He wanted to open a retail merchandising unit at Southern Park Mall to begin selling his line and approached the property team for help with graphics and advertising. Utilizing his existing brand mark and classic boxing poster motifs, I built out a suite of elements and materials to use on and around his unit, as well as across his social platforms.
